Can I return my medication for a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on prescription medication. Once medication leaves our pharmacy's control, we cannot guarantee its integrity or safety. Our pharmacy is required to follow strict protocols for shipped medications, and even if returned, the medication would need to be disposed of.
When can I get a refund?
- Prescription declined: If our clinician determines that a prescription is not appropriate for you, you will be fully refunded for the consultation fee and any medication cost.
- Order not yet shipped: If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund. Please submit a request as soon as possible.
- Order already shipped: We are unable to issue refunds on prescription medications once they have been shipped.
- Unwanted subscription renewal: If you were charged for an automatic subscription renewal that you did not intend, submit a request and our team will review your case.
How do I stop future shipments?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Once cancelled, no further refills will be shipped and you will not be charged again.
