How do I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address at any time from your account page. Your next refill will be shipped to the updated address.
I already have a shipment on the way
If your order has already been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need to confirm or verify the delivery address on a current shipment, submit a request and our team will check for you.
My medication was delivered to the wrong address
If your medication was delivered to an incorrect address, submit a request and our team will look into this for you. Please also make sure to update your address on your account page to prevent this from happening again.
