We typically ship through Canada Post, but we can also arrange express delivery or shipment via FedEx if preferred. Submit a request and our team will do its best to accommodate your timeline.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes. Simply enter your PO box as your shipping address when signing up, or update it on your account page at any time.
Can I pick up my medication in person?
While in-person pickup is not available, via our mail-delivery pharmacy, you can request that your shipment be held at a nearby Canada Post location for pickup.
Our service is set up to ship medications directly to your home through our trusted pharmacy partner. This allows us to ensure fast, discreet delivery and maintain strict quality and supply standards across Canada.
For that reason, we don’t typically send prescriptions to outside pharmacies. Patients find our process more reliable and convenient than coordinating with local pharmacies, which can often lead to delays, stock issues, or unexpected costs. Please also note that some of our medications, such as compounded topical gels and 2-in-1 pills, are specially formulated and may not be available at standard pharmacies.
