How are prescriptions and supply periods structured?
Hair Loss & ED
When you complete an online visit, our clinician reviews your medical history and issues a 1-year prescription. This prescription is then filled by our partner pharmacy in 3-month supplies, with automatic refills shipped every 3 months. See pricing for Hair Loss and Erectile Dysfunction.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
TRT prescriptions are issued for 3 months at a time. Refills require updated bloodwork every 3 months, which must be reviewed by our clinician before the next supply is shipped. See TRT Pricing & Fees for more details.
Consultation fee vs medication fee
The consultation fee and medication fee are separate charges:
- Consultation fee ($39/year for Hair Loss & ED, $49/year for TRT): Covers the clinician's review, prescription issuance, and ongoing care for the year.
- Medication fee: Charged separately before each shipment.
Can I try a 1-month supply first?
By default, our pharmacy dispenses a 3-month supply. However, if you prefer to start with a 1-month supply, you can request this after your prescription is issued through our secure messaging system.
For as-needed ED medications (e.g., sildenafil, tadalafil PRN), the minimum purchasable quantity is 4 tablets.
For daily tadalafil, the minimum purchasable quantity is a 1-month supply (30 tablets).
Can I order a 6-month or 1-year supply at once?
Yes, for Hair Loss and ED medications. While the default is a 3-month supply with automatic refills, you can request a larger quantity after your prescription is issued through our secure messaging system.
Note: TRT medications are limited to a 3-month supply per prescription due to the bloodwork requirement.
Do I have to keep auto-refills on?
No. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. If you prefer to manually request refills, you can do so from your refill request page.
