I can't log in to my account
Our login system sends a verification code to the phone number on file. If you're having trouble logging in, it's usually because of one of the following reasons:
I changed my phone number
If your verification code is being sent to an old phone number, email us at team@essentialclinic.ca and we can update your account so that the verification code is sent to your email instead. You can then update your phone number from your account page once you're logged in.
I'm not receiving the verification code
If you're not receiving the verification code by text message, email us at team@essentialclinic.ca and we can switch your account to receive the verification code by email instead.
I forgot which email I used to register
If you're unsure which email is associated with your account, email us at team@essentialclinic.ca with your phone number and we can help locate your account.
How do I update my account information?
Once logged in, you can update your phone number, email, and other account details at any time from your account page.
