Can I change my dosage or switch medications?
Yes. If your current prescription is still valid and has refills remaining, our clinician can process a prescription change or switch for you at no additional cost — there is no need to pay another consultation fee.
How to request a change
To request a dosage change or switch to a different medication, visit your refill request page and specify the medication and dosage you would like to switch to. Our clinical team will review your request and follow up with any additional information needed before processing the change.
What changes can I request?
- Switch to a different dosage of the same medication (e.g. finasteride 5mg to 1mg)
- Switch to a different medication entirely (e.g. finasteride to dutasteride, or sildenafil to tadalafil)
- Switch from oral to topical formulation (e.g. oral finasteride to topical finasteride)
- Add an additional medication to your treatment plan
- Request a one-time manual refill of your current medication
